It would be good to expand on this video to include the Sydney and German stock exchanges. It’s really unusual you’ve called it the European session as every other resource calls it London session (ie FTSE) as it’s not the same time of focus as Frankfurt.

0:57 Bear in mind both UK daylight savings time (GMT+1) and other nation’s daylight savings which don’t happen on same date creating up to 2 hours variance from this time chart. Asian/Tokyo session has a hour break everyday which isn’t shown on the chart.
